Where do you get these beautiful bags?
Our motto at 2Sis is “no employees, no bosses”. Holly and Mel are the designers and seamstresses behind every bag you see. We do not want to sacrifice quality, so everything is handmade.
How sturdy is this bag?
We use stabilizer on the lining and outside of every bag we sew. We also reinforce the bottoms of every bag, to prevent sag. The bags stand firm on their own, but just like your favorite pair of jeans, the longer you use them and wash them, the softer they become.
Can I wash my bag?
We have washed our bags for years and never had a problem!! We recommend you hand wash in cold on a delicate cycle, but cannot guarantee a bag that has been washed.
How much can I pack in my bag?
We guarantee our bags for 90 days after purchase or shipment. We have had customers carry bags for more than a year after purchase, but we're sure by then, you'll want a new print.
Can I return products?
All sales are final. If you see a defect in workmanship, please let us know.
Do you have a store?
We work from our homes and at shows.
How long will it take to get my order?
Custom orders take up to 3 weeks to ship. Off-the-rack items will ship within 3 business days of purchase.
What is “Stitches to Riches”?
We have so much and want to give back through our stitches. Every show we do we hold a “round up raffle” where you can round up the change of your purchase and we will donate the money to charity. in return, you receive a ticket to win the bag. You will see a special feature every month where we try to give back in addition to giving a percentage of our profits to charity.
Do you do parties?
We would love to come to your home, office or club and show our purses and fabric to your friends and family. They make fantastic gifts. You will receive a free bag with a certain number of orders, or you can turn it into a fundraiser for your favorite non-profit. We are located in the Atlanta and North Georgia areas.
What do you do with our personal information?
We would never sell-out a sister. If you sign up for our mailing list, we only use that information for sending you updates on where we are and how to get a deal.
Do you have sales?
We offer a frequent bagger program. After you purchase 5 bags, we give you 50% off your 6th bag (at regular price). You can never have 2 many bags! |
